Screen printing can sometimes be difficult when using artwork with shading, gradients and small details. Using small dots closer or farther apart is how this translates to ink in a screen.

Multiple colors on darks can be particularly challenging for most screen printers, but we have it dialed in. This is a close-up of a multiple-colored print where halftones (small dots of a solid colored ink) are used to trick the eye into seeing more colors than actually printed.

Neon inks and some other high-pigment inks tend to cause dye migration or bleeding on performance fabrics such as polyester. We always take care to use additives and other catalysts that are needed to these inks for these special circumstances for a clean, and bright print.
